A Travel and Lifestyle Blog between Manchester and Munich

Up and Under Foundation & JD Sports

One of the great things about blogging is how it´s slowly taking over all parts of my life  in Manchester. It has helped me greatly in my digital marketing classes, made me meet amazing people here, got me into great events and now I´m happy to say I event get to help a charity project.

Signed Kit from JD Sports , Andy and Evija

DPP Group with Andy Fewtrell of Up and Under,

For one of my postgraduate courses I have chosen to work on a charity related project with the Up and Under foundation based in Crewe, Cheshire. Andy and Lorna Fewtrell tirelessly organise cycling events to support youths in the area and help them participate in the community life, building confidence and skills or just simply have fun on a day out they could´t usually afford.

To expand the series of events they are continuously looking for sponsors and volunteers to fund their activities as Andy stated: The more you get involved the more kids you will find that need help!

And that´s where the blogging came in handy. When JD Sports contacted me back in February asking if I would like to work with them on a post, I knew Up and Under needed this signed football kit more than I or my boyfriend do. I´m happy to confirm that the kit will now be framed and auctioned on the Foundation Ride, hopefully raising a lot of money to change kid´s life for the better.

If you want to get your hands on this beauty, you better come to Crewe, Quakers Coppics on the 8th of June! To cycle on the day, raise money for them whilst running the Great Manchester run
or just like to volunteer for a worthwhile cause here is your link (*click*)

I would also like to thank JD Sports, who were open to donate this to charity!

P.S. I´d love to see you on twitter or instagram @IsabelMunich! If you enjoyed reading this feel free to follow me on bloglovin or share this with your dearest friends! Love, Isabel
